I just wanted to share one from a recent maternity session. The mommy to be was absolutely gorgeous and so sweet! She was just such a warm and caring person…I know she is going to be an amazing mother.

I was so excited when Rita called me this past week to say she was expecting a baby any day now and wanted to get maternity portraits done. I photographed Rita’s wedding a couple of years ago and it is really cool for me to be a part of the next chapter of Rita and Keith’s lives.
She definitely is a beautiful mommy to be and I can’t wait to meet the little one!
Last weekend I photographed Desi, a beautiful mama to be with her husband Nate. First time mothers are one of my favorite things to photograph because there is simply nothing like the anticipation of the arrival of your first baby and I am honored to document this very special time!
I wonder if the baby will have these killer blue eyes?
It’s been so long I actually forgot my password. The Christmas season definitely has me busy and in order to catch up I am going to blog a bunch of images at once.
Not only do Dena and I share the same first name…we are also both married to guy’s named John. Isn’t that crazy? Dena is expecting her second baby next week and decided to document her pregnancy with a maternity session. I just especially love these two photos of Dena with her beautiful daughter.
