{Allison}

Allison is a senior at Salina Central and was an absolute dream to photograph!  It was almost like she had done this 100’s of times before.  When Allison graduates, she wants to move to LA to become an actress.  I know that probably is a hard field to break into, but since she is both beautiful and talented I bet she will definitely make it big.  So some day, I can say I knew Allison before she was famous!

{What? I have a blog?}

So….when I decided to take the month of December off, I fully intended to use that time to get some housekeeping things done.  No, no, I don’t mean actually cleaning my house, I meant maybe updating my website and blog header and designing some more sample wedding albums.  You know that stuff I have been putting off for like forever.  AND I fully intended to post some images here that I never got blogged.

Well, I have to admit that something happened to me and I haven’t been able to focus on my work.  Yes…I have been bitten by the bug that has affected so many teen girls lately and even their moms.   One of my ‘09 brides (hey Jenni) told me about some vampire books she had been reading that were really good.  Vampires are like the total other end of the spectrum from my normal genre of Christian Amish romance novels so I didn’t know if I would be interested.  After looking into the books I realized that these vampire books were unbelievably popular and since I live in the middle of no where I had no clue they existed.

So anyway, my addiction started innocently enough.  I picked this up at Wal-Mart last week.

I decided to only buy book 1 to see if I like the series.  Well since I devoured the first book in one afternoon I was really mad I didn’t buy them all since it takes an hour to get to a book store.

HEEEEELLLLLLOOOOO Amazon.com!

I finished #2 in two afternoons…

Almost done with #3…

 So….In case you wondered, I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth.  I just have my face stuck in a book.  I will be done soon-at this rate, probably by Friday.
